At SATIN, every nail set is hand-crafted to your specific design and measurements. Because our work is custom-made for you and follows strict hygiene standards, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final, including cases of incorrect sizing or a change in style preference. To ensure a perfect fit, we highly recommend purchasing a SATIN Sizing Kit before placing your first order, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements provided at checkout.

We provide a 24-hour grace period for any changes or cancellations. Once this window has closed, your order officially enters production in our boutique and can no longer be changed or refunded.

We take great pride in our hand-crafted work, but if we happen to make an error on your order—such as the wrong color, shape, or custom details—please let us know. We ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the items you received. Once we verify the error, we will prioritize a replacement for you immediately at no additional cost.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to typos. Once the mail carrier marks a package as delivered, the boutique is no longer responsible for the shipment; any claims for lost or stolen items should be directed to the carrier.
